FOUNDER
Soegeanto Tan C.Ht, PLT is a “Fun Coach” who invent- ed Fun Master formula. He is best known as inspirator, trainer and consultant focusing on Human Potential Development, Organization Culture Development, and Management Improvement.
Soegeanto Tan graduated as Bachelor of Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Surabaya, then continues his study in AOTS Program for Corporate Management in Japan, GE Six Sigma Black Belt Program, and Harvard Business Publishing Program. He received NLP International Practitioner livence, Professional Licensed Trainer from MWS International, and also GraphoBusiness Practitioner certification.
He has around 17 years work experience at Astra Mobil Group and Triputra Group, with the last position as Chief of Corporate Human Capital & Management Improvement. In 2006, he won HR Prospect Award-HR Excellence SWA Magazine, and brought his company as one of the best Performance Human Capital System Award.
